As of June 15, the front desk in the main lobby will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday; 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Fridays, and every other weekend; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Front desk weekend hours this month are for August 8 and 9; August 22 and 23.) Entrance at any other times will be through the Access Center, door 1. 

To protect our patients, caregivers, and their loved ones, we have instituted the following measures:

  • Fairbanks is open and accepting patients for inpatient services that allow for private rooms and social distancing.
  • The MAT clinic is open Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:30am to noon. Please enter through the Access Center, Door 1. No visitors allowed; patients only.
  • Outpatient programming is open on a limited basis. Programming also is available via Virtual IOP and Online IOP Programs. Level One counseling is now also available online.  Click here for more information.
  • No walk-ins being accepted in Access Center; please call for an appointment. Last time available appointment time for in-person assessment is 7:30 pm.
  • Virtual assessments now being offered for outpatient programs. Assessment for inpatient programs must be done in person.
  • No inpatient visitors allowed with the exception of one person with patient in Access.
  • Prime for Life and Marijuana Education classes for both adults and adolescents are now available online. Contact Tabitha Hull at thull@fairbankscd.org for more information
  • For the safety of our patients and caregivers, masks are required within our facility. Please wash hands upon entering the building and observe social distancing requirements.
  • No 12 step meetings or outside support groups are being held in the Recovery Center at this time.
