| Duties: |
Accurately collect data needed for the patients for nursing responsibilities in adolescent and partial hospitalization programs.
Records signs and symptoms of infection in patients.
Safely and accurately administer medications.
Anticipate and utilize appropriate intervention in psychiatric and medical emergencies.
Observe for and document changes in patient appearance, behavior and ability to work toward treatment plan goals. |
