We are currently looking to fill the following position.
Weekend Case Manager

| Duties: |
- The Weekend Case Manager works collaboratively with the inpatient counselors in providing for the case management needs of patients on the men’s and women’s inpatient units.
- Must have an above average understanding of addiction treatment.
- Responsible for assisting with group education, case management phone contacts, data gathering with documentation and others issues associated with patient care.
- Will assist primary therapists with discharge planning and resolving conflicts.

| Minimum Requirements: |
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, counseling, addiction or other Human Service field.
- State addiction certification preferred.
- Minimum of two years work experience with chemical dependency.
- Demonstrated experience with customer service, inquiry, sales or related background.
- Computer experience required, proficiency in excel preferred.
- Must have strong written and verbal skills as well as strong organizational skills.
- May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours <

| Hours: |
- full time
- 32 hours a week
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
