| Duties: |
The Chemical Dependency Counselor is responsible for providing direct patient care in compliance with the Mission of Fairbanks, the JCAHO and other licensing agency's standards of care of adolescent patients suffering from alcoholism, drug addiction, and/or other chemical dependency issues. |
| Minimum Requirements: |
Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, addictions and/or other human services field.
Two (2) years experience working with chemical dependent individuals and families.
Expertise in 12-Step Programs, conduct both large and small groups and be effective in oral and written communication skills.
Prefer State License/Certification (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, CCSW, CSW) Prefer Addiction Certification (CADAC, MAC, etc.).

2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Monday - Friday
