| Duties: |
Responsible for providing direct patient care in compliance with the Mission of Fairbanks, The Joint Commission and other licensing agency’s standards of care of adult and/or adolescent patients suffering from alcoholism, drug addiction, and/or other chemical dependency issues. |
| Minimum Requirements: |
- Master's Degree, LCSW or LMCH, and two years experience working with chemically dependent individuals and families.
- Expertise in the 12-Step Program.
- Experience conducting large and small groups.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.

| Hours: |
- Part time
- Mondays, Tuesdays 5:30pm - 10:30pm
- Thursday 12:30pm - 2:30pm & 5:30pm - 10:30pm
