| Duties: |
The Adolescent Guidance Specialist (AGS) is responsible for providing direct patient care in compliance with the Mission of Fairbanks, the JCAHO and other licensing agencies standard of care for adult and/or adolescent patients suffering from chemical dependency issues. |
| Minimum Requirements: |
Reqired knowledge and understanding of chemical dependency
Prefer Bachelor’s degree in health care related field.
Experience working with adolescents.
Must have valid Indiana driver’s license.

- Full Time
- Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday - 1:30p-11:30p
