Recovery Management Services
Fairbanks believes that the single best predictor of a positive outcome is the length of stay in the treatment continuum. The first year of recovery following treatment is very critical. Therefore, Fairbanks offers weekly recovery management groups to support the recovery plans of individuals who have completed treatment at Fairbanks. Recovery coaches are also available to provide support during the first year of recovery. Each coach uses a holistic approach with individuals. They help people deal with issues of spirituality, emotions, stigma, occupational and vocational sectors of their lives. They are given assignments and resources to help them focus on these areas as well as relapse prevention, familial issues and reintegration.
