Timothy J. Kelly, M.D., Director of Medical Services of Fairbanks. Dr. Kelly has been a member of Fairbanks staff for twenty-four years and is a well respected Addictionologist certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (A.S.A.M). Dr. Kelly is board certified in internal medicine and addiction medicine. He has presented numerous times on addiction and pharmacology, and has conducted research on alcohol withdrawal syndrome. He is also an Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at the IU School of Medicine.
