In his 24 year career, Dr. Kelly's name has become synonymous with Fairbanks and with recovery in Indiana.

A graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine, he has spent his career treating and educating people about the disease of addiction. Beginning as a staff physician at Fairbanks Hospital in 1979, he started a career that would touch the lives of thousands of people who suffer from the disease of addiction.

Dr Kelly is a well respected Addictionologist certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (A.S.A.M). He is board certified in internal medicine and addiction medicine. He has presented numerous times on addiction and pharmacology, and has conducted research on alcohol withdrawal syndrome. He is also an Volunteer Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at the IU School of Medicine.
